How much does a hire cost?
You pay your hire's salary directly: $800 a month for sales roles (plus commission) and customer service roles, and $800 to $1,200 a month for IT roles depending on the job. Our fee is a one-time placement fee equal to two months of that salary, due within 14 days of their start date. No hire, no fee: if you don't hire anyone, you pay nothing.
Will they work during our business hours?
Yes. Everyone we place works your schedule, whether that's Eastern, Central or Pacific time.
Who handles contracts and payroll?
You do. Your hire works directly for you, under your own agreement. We find, vet and introduce the right people, and once they start, the working relationship is yours.
How do we pay someone in Lebanon?
Most businesses hire them as independent contractors and pay monthly in USD through Deel, Wise or Payoneer. If you haven't done this before, we'll point you to the simplest setup on our call.
How do you vet candidates?
Every candidate goes through an English interview, a skills test for the role, and a reference check. You only meet people who passed all three.
How quickly can someone start?
You'll see a shortlist within 7 days of our first call. Most hires start about two weeks after that.
What if a hire doesn't work out?
